Specialised course in microscope-assisted setting techniques. Good practices in work preparation, tool selection, stone measurements and calculations.
Methodology based on individual practical exercises on plates and semi-finished jewellery.
Monitoring and open discussion of individual work via amplified video.
Promoting work with precision and speed.
The practical programme focuses on the main setting techniques used in jewellery, with an emphasis on pavé, which is widely used in high jewellery.

TARGET GROUP All interested parties, whether students or jewellery professionals, with experience in basic jewellery-making techniques: sawing, filing, sanding and drilling, who wish to specialise in stone-setting or complement/consolidate their knowledge.

Theoretical domain:
